A few posts ago I wrote about what I buy for people, this one is what I make for people (or for my apartment). And yes, they are all edible. 🙂 Yum.
Easiest, most addictive recipe ever, so addicting it’s called Christmas Crack. You can also call it Christmas Toffee. I always put Christmas in the name so that I only make it at Christmas. Here’s a link to the recipe by A Southern Grace: Terribly Terrific Toffee.
I love peppermint. Peppermint in my coffee, hot chocolate, chocolate, ice cream, gum…so why wouldn’t I want it in my popcorn? Plain Chicken‘s blog has a delicious recipe forpeppermint cookies and cream popcorn! I cannot believe how easy and cute this is. I stole this image from her page, because well, it’s adorable.
Guinness. Who doesn’t love it? Chocolate. Who doesn’t love that? Guinness Brownies!!!!!!!!! I don’t have a picture for this because they look like regular brownies, but the taste….. oh the taste.
The last holiday baking staple are cake balls. I don’t really like cake, but I love bite sized foods. Bakerella has the best recipes for cake balls. I’m making these this weekend for my sister’s baby shower. I’ve made them for engagement parties and bridal showers too. Everyone loves them, even people who don’t like cake. Don’t ask me why we cake dislikers like cake balls. They’re just that good.
